By making a booking or enquiry through this website, you (“the Guest”) agree to the following terms.
1. Bookings
1.1 Bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed once the Hotel confirms them to you.
1.2 Room rates shown on this website are “prices start at” rates per night, in Ghana Cedis (₵), and may vary by room type, dates and number of guests.
1.3 Guests must provide accurate contact details and guest information when booking.
1.4 For fast booking assistance and enquiries, you may also contact us directly by phone or WhatsApp (see Section 8).
1.5 The Hotel may decline or cancel a booking where information is incorrect, availability has changed, or the booking was made in error.
2. Payment
2.1 No online payment is taken through this website. Payment is made directly to the Hotel, outside the website.
2.2 Accepted payment methods, and any deposit requirements, will be confirmed by the Hotel when your booking is confirmed.
3. Rooms and Occupancy
3.1 The Hotel offers the following room types: Standard Room, Deluxe, Deluxe Executive and Presidential Suite.
3.2 Rooms must not be occupied by more than the maximum number of guests stated for that room type on the website.
4. Hotel Facilities
Facilities include a restaurant, rooftop bar, gym, conference facilities, television, internet access, air conditioning and 24/7 security. Availability and opening times of facilities may vary.
5. Guest Conduct
5.1 Guests must respect other guests, staff and the Hotel’s property.
5.2 Illegal activity or disorderly behaviour may result in removal from the Hotel without refund.
5.3 Guests are responsible for any loss or damage they cause to the Hotel’s property during their stay.
6. Liability
6.1 The Hotel is not liable for loss of, or damage to, guests’ personal belongings, except where caused by our negligence. Please keep valuables secure.
6.2 Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Ghanaian law.
7. Privacy
We collect your name, contact details and booking information only to manage your reservation and stay. Your information is not sold to third parties and is shared only where necessary to provide our services or comply with the law.
